
Ingredients
One Russet Potato
1/2 ts. of Salt
1/2 tsp. of Smoked Paprika
1 tsp. of extra virgin olive oil
Coconut Oil Spray
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
Fresh Parmesan
Fresh Parsley
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Start by cutting your potato into thick wedges or thin fries. I found this great guide that shows you how to cut a potato into fries because your girl didn’t know how. How to Cut Potatoes into Fries.
After cutting, toss your fries into a large bowl and mix in the EVOO and all of the seasonings.
Spray your baking sheet with coconut oil to prevent your fries from sticking to the pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes. I like my fries on the crispier side so I let it bake for the full 30 minutes.
Top with shavings of parmesan and fresh parsley. I prefer to use fresh parmesan but regular parmesan will work too.
