Five Miami Food Halls You Can’t Miss

Hey Hey!

Happy Tuesday Friends! I’m so pumped to be writing this post because 1. I love food. 2. I love food and 3. I love food hahaa. Miami’s been popping up with food halls lately and I’m LOVING IT. Besides the yummy taste, I just love the way food brings everyone together and that’s exactly what these food halls are doing. They’re bringing the city new experiences and new cuisines. The options are endless so no more going back and forth about what you should have for dinner because these spots have something for everyone. So here are my top 5 Miami Food Halls that are changing the game.

La Centrale

Located in the heart of Brickell aka Brickell City Centre, La Centrale prides themselves as Miami’s premier Italian Food Hall. It’s pure heaven you guys. The 40,000 square foot hall has Italian-inspired restaurants, bars, caffés, markets, plus a wine shop, PLUS a cooking studio. It seriously doesn’t end. My uncle recently made a pit stop at Aperitivo Bar located on the 2nd level and recommended that I try the Basil and Balsamic Cocktail (bulleit rye, fresh basil, balsamic reduction, lemon juice). He said it was one of the most unique cocktails he’s ever had. So if you’re feeling brave, I’d say go for it!

St. Roch Market

Located in my favorite, Miami Design District, St. Roch Market originated in New Orleans but it has made its way to Miami. And it’s like the food hall we never knew we needed. Known for its contemporary style, St. Roch Market is home to Chef Chloe and the Vegan Cafe and CooP to name a few. What should you order? Well everyone raves about the butternut squash nachos with butternut-cashew queso at Chloe’s (such a fun twist on nachos and cheese). And CooP is known for their Southern favorites so you can’t go wrong with the classic Chicken & Waffles.

Jackson Hall

From the team that brought us Wynwood Yard, Jackson Hall is another game changer that is focused on bringing us good wholesome food. They offer six different concepts to choose from like Charcoal Rotisserie, Della Bowls, Leo+Bloom Delicatessen, Little Island Poke Shop, Radiate Apothecary, and Levante Mediterranean. And they’re constantly hosting really cool events like Refresh and Restore Happy Hour and Wellness Wednesday where a local chef will show you new and flavorful ways to cook your veggies. For more events, make sure to like and follow Jackson Hall right here!

Okay so I had heard a ton about this place but I never knew that it had SO MANY OPTIONS. This place gets super packed at night so if you’re trying to skip the crowds, catch em early during the week or weekend. This food hall opened last November and has 7 food concepts, 2 bars, and a KARAOKE BAR. like what! They made sure to leave nothing out. Literally nothing. Before making your way inside, you’ll notice a convenience/ record store. And for a second you think you’re in the wrong place but you’re totally not hahaa. Ohh and those super Instagram worthy fish cones you see everywhere? Yeah, they’re from here. And I’m gonna be honest, I only bought them for the gram lol. The cones have this red bean filling at the bottom of the cone that I really didn’t like. 🙈 But it was still really good ice cream.

Time Out Market Miami

Okay I’m most EXCITED for this one because I love everything Time Out Miami does and I know this will be no different. Coming Fall 2018, the market will bring some of the best chefs under one roof where you’ll get to experience 17 of the city’s best restaurants. Plus they’ll have a kitchen demonstration and works of art by Miami locals plastered around the market. And there will be PLENTY of room for everyone with 440 seats indoor and outdoor. Perfect for days when it’s too hot or when you’re looking to take in some rays.
